All Twintech™ products don´t offer global warranty services. If your VGA Card / Slim Enclosure / Mini PC is purchased outside the country and needed services, it will incur an extra services charge by Twintech™ and the warranty is also not covered.

- Warranty period may differ regionally, please check with local reseller.
- Warranty invalid if damage / dysfunction caused by improper handling / usage, destruction.
- Warranty invalid if system has been disassembled by end-user.
- If the reseller was closed or not able to repair the card for Customer, customer need repairing services (physical damage is not included) from Twintech™ Europe, it will incur the extra services charge, the repaired cost as follows :
